意見標題：Ghost Money Burning in Tainan
My family cannot go outside on ghost money burning days because of throat and lungs begin to burn. I have read in several places that is illegal to burn ghost money in public areas in Taiwan. We live in Tainan and burning is everywhere. It blows in our windows, covers our clothes, stings our eyes. Why is this not being enforced? It is an embarrassment to the EPA that they do not enforce their own laws. The EPA in Tainan even has burning barrels next to it! With global warming out of control, why are you not putting an end to this disgusting practice? Huang
